When can I get my shopping delivered?

We deliver to you seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Our delivery hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. For your convenience, you can reserve your preferred two-hour delivery slot before you shop or during the checkout process. Please note that your delivery slot will only be held for 60 minutes while you shop

What's the minimum order to receive free delivery?

For Non-SgMart Members, you will enjoy free delivery above Rs. 1000/-. For Live-SgMart Members, you will enjoy free delivery above Rs.800/-. For first-time customers, you will enjoy free delivery for your first 3 orders (min. spending of Rs.500/- per order).

Do you deliver to my neighbourhood?

SgMart currently delivers to all addresses within mainland Tuticorin and Nellai

Who will deliver my order?

At SgMart we have our own fleet of speedy delivery vans and friendly Delivery Representatives. Your order will be packed with care and delivered right to your doorstep with a smile!

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. However, if you are not present for your delivery slot, it has an impact on our resources and costs, which in turn means that we are unable to serve you and your fellow customers to the best of our ability. If you are not at home for your delivery, SgMart reserves the right charge you a restocking fee of Rs.50 in addition to the cost of fresh and frozen items in your order that cannot be restocked. SgMart reserves the right to deny future service to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries. If you know that you will not be home for your delivery at least 24 hours ahead of time, you can reach out to us via Customer Support, for assistance

What if I want to give an Authority To Leave (ATL) for my delivery to my doorstep/security guard/concierge?

We are not able to accommodate any requests for ATL less than 2 hours from your scheduled delivery or if you have any fresh or frozen items in your order. For requests that meet this criteria, you can visit Customer Support to give an Authority To Leave (ATL) at your doorstep/security guard/ concierge. Please note that this ATL means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorized personnel. SgMart will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.

How do I place an Order?

1.Go to www.sgmart.co.in/onlineshopping or DownLoad SGMART App from Playstore. 2. Sign In' with your email address and password. 3.Select the products that you want, click on and 'Add item to Cart'. You may adjust the quantity before click button 'Add to Cart' or upon checkout. 4.After selecting all items, go to the shopping basket on your top right corner and click 'Checkout'. 5.Once you have checked the items and amount are correct, click 'Next'. 6.Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment, then click 'Next' to review on your shopping list. 7.On next page, click 'PLACE ORDER' and you are done!. 8.You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email. 9.You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request(s). Pls reach as at Hotline India : +91 81908 07072 Please note that if there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made. Please note also that the “Substitute Only” option allows SgMart Shop full discretion in helping the Customer to substitute products that are unavailable without informing the Customer SgMart Shop reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been picked and are ready for delivery.

What is 'My Shopping List' and how does it work?

My Shopping List is a collection of all the items you have bought in the past and is a quick and easy way to fill your cart with your favorite products. With a few clicks, you can create your own shopping list for easy future purchases. 1. Every time you make a purchase, the items will automatically be added to your order history list. You can also add or delete your current list by clicking the add/delete button on each product page. The maximum you can go will be up to 5 Personalised Shopping Lists! 2. You may add to "Shopping" and visit us to make your purchases for the subsequent visit. To shop from ‘My Shopping List’, simply go to the checked box icon on the left side of the page and selected your listings. It’s easy, just click, click and you are done!

Adding an item in your cart?

Products added to your Cart will be available from any compatible web browser or the SgMart Shop SGMART Online mobile app. Available inventory will only be assigned to your order after you click Proceed checkout and initiate the checkout process. Your items will then be reserved for 30 minutes till you make your payment.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes, definitely. If your order has more than 10 pieces of a single product, please contact us after you have place an order of the products and quantity that you have ordered. Please allow us least one working to process your orders.

How can I check my previous order?

Click My Order History, at the top to check your order history. You will need to be logged in to access this function. Please log in here.

How do I enter a discount code?

Simply enter the 'coupon Code' in the Discount/Coupon box before checking out. Once the code has been successfully redeemed, the total amount will be updated and reflected. If there are any issues, you will see a small box explaining the issue.

Will my information be kept private?

What are your delivery timings?

Delivery information: - Ordered Received Earliest Delivery Time Before 11.50am Same day between 3.00pm and 6.00pm or 6.00pm and 10.00pm Between 11.51am to 5.00pm Next working day between 9.00am and 1.00pm or 3:00pm and 6.00pm or 6:00pm and 10:00pm After 5.00pm Next working day between 3:00pm and 6.00pm or 6:00pm and 10:00pm **Important Note: Same day delivery may not be available for bulk orders. We will contact you to arrange for delivery of your orders.

Change of delivery address after your order?

A change of delivery address after is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, you will have to cancel your current order and reorder using the new address. SgMart Shop online reserves the right to charge customers for a cancellation fee where ever applicable Please note if a delivery has been scheduled to the location at your chosen delivery slots, a cancellation fee or re-delivery fee will be chargeable

I have a problem with my product

We aim to make you satisfied with your order and will advise you to check your order immediately upon delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us or call us within 24Hrs OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER and we'll resolve the issue(s) immediately. Please leave the product in its original packaging should it be a product related issue.

I am unable to log in?

If you are facing multiple login errors, there may be a problem with your user id or password. You may want to reset your password by selecting the 'Forget Password' option and follow the instructions given.
